Combining his experience as a writer and a practicing architect, Jonathan collaborates with significant design practices to refine and communicate their identity, especially through awards submissions.

Jonathan led Marlon Blackwell's successful submission for the 2020 AIA Gold Medal, writing the script and creating the graphic presentation to the AIA Board of Directors. He also contributed to the script for Deborah Berke, winner of the 2025 AIA Gold Medal.
